A Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, securing current construction contracts, and acquiring high-value land or corporate clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships & Network Building
- B2B Networking: Building relationships with corporate clients, land owners, architects, interior designers, and property brokers.
- Channel Partner Management: On boarding train, and manage external real estate agents to drive third-party sales.
- Joint Ventures: Scout for land owners open to joint development or joint venture construction models.

Market Expansion & Deal Acquisition
- Sourcing Tenders: Identifying and evaluate government or private commercial construction tenders and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
- Land Procurement:



Research and identify strategic land parcels for the company’s upcoming residential or commercial developments.
- Feasibility Analysis: Coordinating with legal and technical teams to check zone regulations, title clearings, and market viability before bidding.

Sales Negotiation & Pitching
- Corporate Pitching: Presenting construction capabilities or commercial lease spaces to multi-national corporations and retail brands.
- Proposal Drafting: Creating high-quality business proposals, financial projections, and presentation decks for institutional clients.
- Deal Closure: Leading high-value negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, milestones, and contractual clauses.

Market Intelligence
- Competitor Tracking: Monitoring rival construction projects, pricing shifts, and newly launched bidding strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Identifying emerging demand hubs, infrastructure projects, and government policy shifts that impact property values.
