Role Overview





We are looking for an energetic and ground-ready BTL Operations Executive to lead the end-to-end execution of our on-ground marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for vendor coordination, promoter management, logistics setup, and flawless in office execution for mall activations, society drives, roadshows, and branding events. If you love field-work, quick problem-solving, and bringing creative brand ideas to life on the ground, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Field Execution: End-to-end management of BTL activities (Mall activations, Society events, Roadshows, Lookwalker campaigns, Canopy setups).
- Vendor & Crew Handling: Hire and manage promoters, fabrication team, anchors, sound/light vendors, and permissions.
- Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate delivery of branding material, standees, flex/banners, and collateral to event locations on time.
- Quality & Proofing: Ensure proper mounting, neat setup, geo-ta
