We are seeking a versatile and dynamic HR & Social Media Executive to manage our core employee relations while driving our digital presence.

In this dual-function role, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations—from attendance and performance to employee escalations and basic accounting—while simultaneously building our brand story through creative social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Internal Operations
- Employee Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Performance & Escalations: Track KPI metrics, conduct performance reviews, handle staff grievances, and resolve internal team escalations promptly.
- Basic Accounting & Payroll: Process monthly attendance for payroll, track staff allowances/reimbursements, and manage basic departmental accounting records.
- Workplace Culture:



Foster a positive work culture across clinical and non-clinical staff.

Social Media, Design & Marketing
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish regular content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Content & Poster Design: Create eye-catching posters, flyers, reels, and digital graphics for promotions, health campaigns, and hospital updates (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Digital Marketing: Execute targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) to increase local community reach and pet parent engagement.
- Online Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and online reviews professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience handling HR operation
