About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B SaaS outreach for an exclusive real estate software project. You will play a crucial role in identifying leads, conducting cold outreach, pitching software solutions to prospective clients, and growing our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to real estate companies and related businesses.
- Pitch real estate SaaS solutions to key decision-makers and convert prospects into clients.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospect discovery to deal closing.
- Target key geographical regions, including Madhya Pradesh and neighboring Hindi-speaking markets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, B2B software sales, or software reselling.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience selling real estate software is a strong advantage.
- Language Skills:



Excellent communication in English and strong fluency in Hindi (both spoken and reading proficiency are essential for targeting specific regional markets).
- Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of software solutions and basic CRM/sales tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, real passion for sales, self-motivation, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, B2B software sales, or software reselling.
