About the Role

Aarth Realtech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Planning & Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, progress monitoring, reporting, and risk management for a prestigious hospitality development in Amritsar. This owner-side role will serve as the single source of truth for project performance, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the integrated master project schedule using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, budgets, cash flow, and procurement.
- Track cost, schedule, and change orders while preparing management reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with the PMC, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and hotel operator.
- Conduct progress reviews, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation,



action trackers, and governance reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in Project Planning & Controls.
- Experience managing projects valued at ₹150+ crore.
- Completion of at least one luxury hotel, resort, mixed-use, or large commercial project through handover.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Advanced Excel.
- PMP and Primavera P6 certifications are preferred.
