Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive – Billing and HR position based in South Delhi. The role involves managing end-to-end billing processes, including invoice preparation, tracking payments, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with clients and internal teams for timely collections.



The Executive will also handle HR operations such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, assisting in payroll inputs, and coordinating leave and attendance systems. Additional responsibilities include supporting the implementation of HR policies, addressing routine employee queries, and preparing periodic reports for management. The role requires close collaboration with finance and HR leadership to ensure accurate billing, compliant HR practices, and smooth internal operations.

Qualifications
- Strong billing and invoicing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations for managing documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, and day-to-day HR administration.
