Position Overview

The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our food supplier partners, ensuring an exceptional supplier experience while driving business growth and operational excellence.





The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure commitments are delivered, resolving supplier concerns proactively, and identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining supplier satisfaction, improving engagement, and contributing to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Supplier Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned supplier accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier queries, concerns, and operational support.
- Understand supplier business needs and provide timely, practical solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and engagement meetings with suppliers.
- Ensure suppliers receive a consistent, professional, and high-quality service experience.
