Role Description
The Area Coach role is a full time, on-site position based in Madurai,



responsible for overseeing and guiding the performance of multiple retail or distribution outlets within a designated area. The Area Coach monitors daily operations, ensures adherence to company standards, and supports teams in delivering excellent customer service and product quality. This role involves regularly visiting locations, reviewing sales performance, coaching managers and frontline team members, and implementing operational improvements to meet business targets. The Area Coach coordinates with cross-functional teams for supply, merchandising, and promotional activities, while ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. The position also includes preparing performance reports, identifying training needs, and fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.
