Designation: Store Manager

Role Summary: The Store Manager will be responsible for overall store performance, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and leading a high-performing retail team while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, billing, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high productivity and service excellence
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high repeat business
- Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution aligned with brand values
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with HO teams (Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain)
- Monitor stock levels, shrinkage control,



and stock accuracy
- Maintain grooming, display, and visual standards as per luxury brand guidelines

Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail (mandatory)
- Proven experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Sales-driven mindset with robust customer orientation
- Excellent knowledge of jewellery retail operations and CRM
- Well-groomed, presentable, and brand-aligned personality

Preferred:
- Experience with premium or heritage jewellery brands
- Local market knowledge of Indore

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
