We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development & Marketing Executive who will help drive customer acquisition, strengthen our brand, and improve sales processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new business opportunities from jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, and traders across India.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate sample dispatches and quotation follow-ups.




- Visit customers and attend exhibitions when required.

CRM & Sales Operations
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Track enquiries from initial contact to order closure.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.

Digital Marketing
- Manage the company's IndiaMART, and Google Business profiles.
- Manage LinkedIn and Instagram pages.
- Publish regular product updates, company news, and educational content.
- Assist in SEO and lead-generation activities.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback and testimonials.
- Share current product launches, offers, and company updates.
- Improve repeat business through regular communication.

Market Research
- Research new jewellery manufacturers and export companies.
