Karunya Hrudayalaya is looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Calicut Centre. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, and team management skills with prior experience in hospital or healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the centre.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and deliver excellent patient experience.
- Lead and supervise administrative, clinical, and support staff.
- Monitor daily operational performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and corporate office.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Experience




- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare operations or centre management.
- Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.
