Role Description
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for cables and wire is a full-time, on-site role based in Mahesana. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing quality assurance activities for cable and wire products, including designing and reviewing test plans, test cases, and inspection procedures. The engineer performs and supervises manual testing and product validation, monitors quality metrics,



and investigates defects or non-conformities in coordination with production and engineering teams. Day-to-day tasks include documenting test results, preparing quality reports, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing methods and quality systems.
