About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Creation Intern to manage and grow the online presence of multiple hospitality and OTA-managed properties across South India. The intern will work closely with the marketing and operations team to produce engaging visual and video content, maintain posting schedules, and strengthen brand visibility on Instagram and other social platforms.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital storytelling, design, and social media trends, and who are looking for a long-term career opportunity in marketing and branding.

Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posters, offer creatives, and promotional visuals.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories for Instagram.
- Perform basic photography and videography at property locations when required.
- Plan and schedule regular posts following a content calendar.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple social media accounts.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics.
- Support marketing campaigns, seasonal offers,



and promotional launches.
- Collaborate with the internal team to generate creative ideas and concepts.
- Manage multiple property platforms simultaneously in an organized manner.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Canva (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, hashtags, and algorithms.
- Creative design sense with attention to branding and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social accounts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students or recent graduates in Media, Design, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Portfolio or sample social media/design work preferred.
- Must be available for in office work
