About Studio Underground

Studio Underground is a leading film and media production company empanelled with NFDC and multiple DIPR departments across Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana.

We specialize in producing high-impact films, documentaries, advertisements, and digital campaigns for State and Central Government initiatives, including the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit 2023 and G20 events hosted in Uttarakhand.

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Director Intern to help organize and manage our Data Library. The role involves reviewing video footage, ensuring files are correctly renamed, identifying visual content, and accurately tagging videos within our media management software. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong observation skills, and an interest in film production and post-production workflows.

Work Schedule

Candidates will be assigned to one of the following 6-hour shifts:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities




- Review video footage and understand its visual content.
- Verify that video files are correctly named and organised.
- Tag videos accurately based on the visuals they contain using our software.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in tagging.
- Coordinate with the production team whenever clarification is required.
- Think proactively and suggest improvements to workflows where applicable.
- Prepare daily work reports and submit documentation to the reporting manager.
