Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and productive Back Office Executive with excellent Excel and GST (Goods and Services Tax) skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining various administrative tasks related to data entry, documentation, and GST compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and GST regulations, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Perform accurate data entry and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.

2. Maintain and update records and databases with relevant information.

3. Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Excel.

4. Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data.

5. Assist in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders,



and other financial documents.

6. Ensure compliance with GST regulations by accurately calculating and recording GST transactions.

7. Prepare and submit GST returns, reconcile tax accounts, and resolve any discrepancies.

8. Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance and procurement, to gather and verify necessary data.

9. Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries related to GST documentation and transactions.

10. Stay updated with the latest GST regulations, amendments, and notifications, ensuring compliance in all transactions.

11. Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

12. Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry
