Job Description - Bid Manager

Location - Bengaluru

Role Summary

The Bid Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, managing, and submitting high-quality bids, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tenders across Government, PSU, and corporate sectors. The incumbent should possess robust expertise in bid management, tender documentation, compliance evaluation, and proposal development, ensuring that every submission fully complies with eligibility criteria, technical and commercial

requirements, and maximizes the probability of winning. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, accurate, and timely bid submissions that align with Company's strategic business objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and track relevant government and private sector tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.

Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission .

Coordinate with Delivery, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Leadership teams to gather bid inputs.

Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals,



presentations, and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission timelines.

Maintain bid documentation, templates, certifications, and knowledge repository.

Conduct competitor analysis and recommend win strategies.

Build relationships with clients, partners, and OEMs to support bid opportunities.

Track bid outcomes and prepare reports on win/loss analysis and pipeline.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, or pre sales.

Experience handling Government and Enterprise tenders is preferred.

Excellent proposal writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
