Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented
Pre-Sales Team Leader
to lead and manage the pre-sales and telecalling team. The candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, ensuring effective customer follow-ups, generating qualified leads and site visits, monitoring team performance, and supporting the sales team in achieving project booking targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Pre-Sales / Telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor the team's daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Allocate and distribute leads among Pre-Sales Executives and ensure timely follow-up.
- Ensure maximum conversion of enquiries into qualified leads and site visits.
- Monitor the complete lead funnel from
Lead → Follow-up → Qualification → Site Visit → Booking

- Review team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track individual team member performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and coach team members on effective calling techniques, customer handling, objection handling, and project knowledge.
- Ensure the team has complete and updated knowledge of the company's projects, including location, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.
- Monitor the quality of customer conversations and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in resolving customer concerns.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and scheduled site visits.
- Follow up on site visits and ensure proper feedback is captured in the CRM.
- Monitor lead ageing and ensure no potential lead is left unattended.
