Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with 8+ years of overall testing experience, including a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with LoadRunner, to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance testing methodologies, workload modeling, scripting, execution, monitoring, and performance analysis.

This is an offshore remote opportunity for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.

Develop and maintain LoadRunner scripts using appropriate protocols.





Analyze application performance and identify performance bottlenecks.

Monitor application and infrastructure performance during test execution.

Prepare workload models and performance test strategies based on business requirements.

Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to resolve performance issues.

Analyze server logs, application metrics, and database performance.

Produce detailed performance test reports with recommendations for optimization.

Participate in requirement analysis and provide performance-related inputs during project planning.

Maintain reusable performance testing assets and documentation.

Support multiple testing cycles within Agile and Waterfall environments.
