Job Description:

A Business Development Executive (BDE) in the social media industry focuses on acquiring clients, building partnerships, and growing revenue for agencies, marketing firms, influencer platforms, or social media SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Understand clients' marketing goals and recommend social media solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with social media managers, content creators, and designers to ensure client requirements are met.
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly or quarterly targets.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Sales and business development experience.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X).
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) are an advantage.
- Presentation and relationship-building skills.

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 + years of experience for entry-level roles; experienced candidates are preferred for senior positions.
- Certifications in digital marketing can be beneficial.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
