Responsibilities -

1. Manage the complete third-party lifecycle including vendor onboarding, renewals, modifications, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with internal policies and service level agreements.
2.



Review and maintain compliance documentation, certifications, and system records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
3. Conduct third-party risk assessments, identify compliance risks and red flags, and escalate high-risk cases for further review.
4. Perform Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) due diligence including sanctions screening, PEP checks, adverse media reviews, and conflict-of-interest assessments.
5. Monitor vendor compliance, track remediation activities, and ensure timely closure of identified compliance gaps.
6. Verify compliance requirements prior to contract execution and coordinate with Legal teams on compliance-related exceptions.

Requirements -

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management, Third-Party Compliance, or Compliance Operations.
