Role Description
This full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role is based in Karnataka, India. The Human Resources Assistant supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and exit processes, and coordinating documentation and compliance activities. The role involves working with HRIS tools to update and track employee data, supporting benefits administration, and responding to routine HR-related queries from team members.



The Human Resources Assistant also helps organize training sessions, coordinates schedules with internal stakeholders, and contributes to a positive, transparent workplace culture aligned with Fusion’s social mission.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage and update digital employee records and HR data accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in Advantages Administration to assist with employee benefits, documentation, and related queries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate and support employee development and orientation programs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
