Stafluxe Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Recruiter. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking candidate to manage the recruitment process and support HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates from job portals and social media.
Call candidates and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial screening of applicants.
Coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
Handle joining formalities and onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
