Full Job Description

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Enquiry Management Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into successful orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, Instagram, Facebook, and walk-in customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gift hampers and gifting solutions.
- Explain product features, customization options, pricing, branding options, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




- Maintain accurate enquiry records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, production, accounts, packing, and delivery teams.
- Provide customers with regular updates regarding their orders.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with showroom customer enquiries whenever required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, enquiry management, front office, retail, or sales is preferred.
