ey Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the retail store.
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 30+ employees.
- Monitor store profitability, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensure effective inventory management and stock control.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years retail managerial experience.




- Proven track record of achieving retail sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial management and retail operations.
- Experience managing teams of 30 or more employees.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Willing to relocate to South Africa.
- Age: 30–45 years.
