Social Media Executive
who understands that great social media isn't

about posting more. It's about building a community, creating conversations, and turning insights into sustainable growth.

This role is for someone who loves decoding algorithms, analyzing performance, experimenting

with recent ideas, and constantly asking, "How do we make this better?"

You'll own Onsurity's social media presence across platforms, helping shape strategy while

executing content that drives awareness, engagement and community growth. You'll work

closely with brand, design, content and leadership teams in a fast-paced startup where ideas

move quickly and ownership is expected.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Growth




- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Build long-term growth plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube.
- Scale social channels through audience-first content, community engagement and data-backed decisions.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging trends and platform updates before they become mainstream.

Content & Campaign Planning
- Own the editorial calendar across all social platforms.
- Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas, content series and platform-native formats.
- Partner with designers, copywriters and video editors to bring concepts to life.
- Maintain a high-quality content pipeline and publishing cadence.

Analytics & Performance
- Monitor key metrics including follower growth, engagement rate, reach, impressions, content velocity, click-through rates and audience retention.
- Analyze content performance to identify what drives engagement and what doesn't.
