Role Description
The Real Estate Growth Associate (B2B Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
We are looking for sharp, articulate, and well-groomed Associates to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be representing the company, engaging directly with real estate builders, landowners,



and developers to provide our offerings that support their Real Estate growth and build long-term relationships. This is a field-intensive role requiring confidence, excellent communication skills, and a polished professional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with real estate builders, developers, landowners, and other stakeholders to introduce our services and drive partnerships.

● Pitching & Negotiation: Present our value proposition persuasively, addressing client needs and tailoring pitches to different stakeholders.

● Relationship Building: Establish and nurture solid relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry.

● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.

● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.

● Target-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development target
