Role Overview
The L&D; Intern will support the Learning & Development team in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs. This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to employee training, engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing training programs and workshops
- Coordinate with internal teams/trainers for scheduling sessions
- Maintain training trackers, attendance, and feedback records
- Support onboarding and induction programs for recent hires
- Help create training materials (PPTs, documents, activities)
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Assist in employee engagement activities and learning initiatives
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
