Role & responsibilities
- Experience: 4 to 10+ years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with deep hands-on expertise specifically in U.S. Payroll.
- Project Lifecycle: Participation in multiple full lifecycle implementations (implement, test, deploy, and support).
- Technical Knowledge: Robust command of Fast Formula, Functional Setup Manager (FSM), HCM Data Loader (HDL), and OTBI reporting.
- Certifications: Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll Implementation Certification is strongly preferred.
