- Assist in the implementation of Zoho One apps (CRM, Books, Projects, People, Creator, Campaigns, etc.).
- Learn and support the setup, customization, and automation within Zoho CRM, Books, and other modules.
- Create custom fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Assist in integration with third-party tools (e.g., IndiaMART, Gmail, etc.).
- Help in user training and documentation.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support data migration from existing systems to Zoho.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- Basic understanding of cloud-based tools, business processes, or CRM systems.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.Familiarity with Zoho apps (optional but a plus).
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and explore multiple Zoho modules.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or Zoho Deluge Script (optional but added advantage).
