Role Description
The Performance Marketing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Kanpur. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation,



brand awareness, and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, managing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and insights. The executive will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals, optimize budgets and bidding strategies, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints. The role also includes testing new platforms and tactics, tracking key performance metrics, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
