Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant / Accounts Manager to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, cash, and petty cash.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely GST/VAT, TDS, payroll, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.




- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory records.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Support administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- Professional qualification (CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage for managerial roles.
- 1–3 years of experience for Accounts Assistant; 5+ years for Accounts Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
