Position Summary

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the organizational goals of Season Two Senior Living. This role involves overseeing recruitment, training, employee engagement,



performance management, HR compliance, and the creation of a positive and service-oriented workplace culture that reflects the company’s values of empathy, respect, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to attract, hire, and retain high quality talent across all levels, especially care staff, hospitality professionals, and administrators.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations.
- Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and alignment with company culture.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a supportive and inclusive work setting that reflects the compassionate ethos of senior care.
- Address employee grievances prompt
