Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven IT Technical Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT technologies, expertise in Boolean search, and a proven track record in sourcing, submissions, and closures. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
- Understand technical requirements and source relevant candidates.
- Build strong candidate pipelines using Naukri, LinkedIn, X-Ray search, and other sourcing channels.
- Create effective Boolean search strings to identify niche talent.
- Ensure quality submissions within defined TAT.
- Coordinate interviews and drive candidates through the hiring process until closure.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring targets are met.
- Work independently to achieve submission and closure KPIs.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent Boolean search and X-Ray sourcing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, submissions, interview coordination, and offer closures.
- Experience hiring for niche technical skills.
- Robust stakeholder and candidate management.
- Ability to work as an Individual Contributor (IC) with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
