Job Summary

Vaibhav Printpack is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its B2B Sales division catering to traders, wholesalers & distributors.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of versatile packaging products, costing, pricing strategies, raw material trends, basic knowledge on how to use tally software and customer relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, monitoring market movements, maintaining profitability, and ensuring smooth execution of customer orders.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in day-to-day sales operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership
* Lead & manage the B2B Sales & Marketing team.
* Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




* Monitor individual sales performance and guide the team to achieve business objectives.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
* Train and mentor team members on products, pricing, and customer handling.
2. Pricing
* Update product prices whenever there is a fluctuation in raw material costs.
* Ensure pricing remains competitive while maintaining company margins.

Should understand:
* Material structures
* Micron and GSM calculations
* Printing and lamination costs
* Cylinder costs
* Conversion costs
* Wastage calculations
* Freight costing

Margin analysis

3.Market Analysis & Business Strategy
* Continuously monitor market trends, raw material price movements, and competitor pricing.
* Stay updated on changes in polymer, film, and packaging material prices.
* Recommend timely price revisions based on market conditions.
* Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and product opportunities.
