Workfront Administration
- Configure and maintain Workfront objects: projects, templates, portfolios, custom forms, queue topics, and request flows.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and layout templates.
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and text-mode filters/views to support team and executive insights.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, naming conventions, and compliance requirements.
- Support Workfront releases by testing and validating new functionality.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot workflow or configuration issues.
