Role Description
The Patient Navigator role is a full-time,



hybrid position based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The individual will guide patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them understand therapy plans, access medications, schedule appointments, and follow up on diagnostic tests and refills. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and support teams, maintaining accurate patient records, and monitoring adherence to prescribed therapies. The Patient Navigator will provide tele-counselling and in-person support, address patient queries, and escalate clinical concerns to appropriate medical professionals when needed. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers, tracking program outcomes, and supporting the implementation of Patient Assistance and Support Programs in line with Medybiz Pharma protocols.
