Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team.

* Develop and execute Performance Marketing strategies.

* Manage and optimise *Google Ads* and *Meta Ads* campaigns.

* Drive *SEO growth* through Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, and Local SEO.

* Build content strategies aligned with search intent and business goals.

* Track and improve KPIs including *ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR,



Conversion Rate, Organic Traffic, and Lead Quality*.

* Analyse campaign performance using *GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio*.

* Collaborate with Creative, Content, Web Development, and Client Success teams to deliver exceptional campaign outcomes.
