Job Title - Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer to design, build, test, and deploy custom solutions that extend Salesforce capabilities. You will develop custom Apex and LWC components, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and ensure scalable, high-performing implementations adhering to best practices and ISO/IEC 27001 security standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Custom Development: Design and unit-test custom solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC/Aura).
- Integrations: Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs and handle asynchronous integrations using Platform Events.
- UI & Data Optimization: Develop responsive UI components and write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries adhering to governor limits.
- DevOps & Release Management:



Manage source-driven development using SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Security & Quality: Maintain high code coverage with automated unit testing, perform code reviews, enforce CRUD/FLS security, and maintain ISO 27001 compliance.

Core Technical Requirements
- Salesforce Core: Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Triggers.
- Integrations & Web: REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Tools & DevOps: Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD pipelines, Data Loader, Change Sets, JIRA.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Valuable to Have (Preferred)
- Salesforce PD2 or Application Architect certifications.
- Experience with Service Cloud features (Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge Base).
- Exposure to MuleSoft, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or CRM Analytics.
