Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate in electrical, electronics.
- Must have minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Design & Development of
- Industrial Electronics products.
- Strong experience in hardware and firmware development for power electronic products such as: SMPS, UPS, Solar Inverters, AC-DC / DC-DC / DC-AC converters.
- Hands-on knowledge of: Circuit Design,
- PCB Design & Development, Embedded Firmware Development, Product Testing & Validation.
- Experience in handling complete product lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, testing, certification, and production support.
- Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as: MATLAB / Simulink, Altium, OrCAD , P Spice or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of communication protocols like: CAN, Modbus, RS485, UART
- Exposure to EMI/EMC standards, industrial certifications, and safety compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:




- Lead the Design & Development team for development of innovative industrial electronics products.
- Manage end-to-end product development activities including hardware design, firmware development, prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Guide the team in schematic design, PCB layout, embedded programming, and system integration activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Service departments for smooth product development and manufacturing support.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and EMI/EMC requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, project timelines, development reports, and customer-specific engineering solutions.
- Support management in strategic planning for recent product development and technology roadmap initiatives.
