Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Dietitian to assess patients’ nutritional needs, develop personalized nutrition plans, provide nutrition counselling, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care and recovery.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

1. Patient Care

Assess patients’ nutritional status using anthropometric measurements, biochemical data, clinical indicators, and dietary history.

Develop and implement individualized nutritional care plans based on patients’ medical conditions and nutritional requirements.

Monitor patients’ dietary intake and compliance with prescribed nutrition plans, making adjustments as required.

Provide effective nutrition counselling and education to patients and their families, considering their individual needs, cultural preferences, and lifestyle.

Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Monitor nutritional outcomes such as weight management,



improved clinical parameters, wound healing, and overall recovery.

2. Quality & Efficiency

Implement evidence-based nutrition practices and current clinical guidelines in patient care.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nutritional assessments, interventions, follow-ups, and patient outcomes.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of nutritional services.

Use relevant technology and digital systems effectively for data collection, documentation, reporting, and communication.

3. Research & Education

Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in nutrition and dietetics.

Apply current evidence-based knowledge and best practices in patient care.

Participate in research activities and clinical projects, independently or in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Conduct nutrition education sessions and workshops for patients
