About the Role

We're looking for a Marketplace Manager to own and grow our presence across India's leading online marketplaces — primarily Amazon and Flipkart, and others such as Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, and JioMart as relevant to our categories. You'll be responsible for the full commercial and operational health of these channels: driving sales, protecting margins, keeping listings and inventory in top shape, and turning major sale events into our biggest revenue days of the year.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who knows Seller Central and Seller Hub inside out and can move comfortably between the spreadsheet and the strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of the brand's storefronts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, including revenue targets and channel P&L.;
- Create and optimize product listings — titles, images, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ / enhanced brand content — to maximize search ranking and conversion.
- Manage pricing strategy and win/defend the Buy Box while protecting margins against competitor activity.




- Plan and execute marketplace advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) against clear ACOS / ROAS targets.
- Forecast demand and coordinate inventory and fulfillment across FBA, Flipkart Assured / FBF, and self-ship models to avoid stock-outs and overstock.
- Lead planning and execution for major sale events — Outstanding Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, Prime Day, and brand-day activations.
- Monitor and protect account health: seller ratings, return rates, policy compliance, and listing suppressions.
- Build and manage relationships with platform category / account managers to unlock visibility, deals, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report channel performance — sales, traffic, conversion, ad efficiency — and translate the data into actions.
