Critical Skills & Personal Attributes
1. Fundamental knowledge of paints, application techniques, paint defects and remedy.
2. Department Production Planning , execution and controlling.
3. Production activity Management.
4. Positive verbal written and verbal communication skill.
5. Thorough Knowledege of MS office, documentation preparation.
Main responsibility
1. Paint shop department planning, execution and controlling as per plant PPC plan on monthly , weekly and daily basis.
2. Manpower Handling.
3. Process Inspection and process documentation preparation.
4. Inventory control and management.
5. Customer Handling.
6. Department HSE objective compliance.
7. Able to train team member for process training.
