About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Global Tax Delivery to join our Tax practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE Corporate Tax compliance and advisory assignments, including preparation and filing of UAE Tax returns and tax accounting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on global tax engagements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should possess solid technical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax regulations, international tax laws, and BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) concepts. Experience in Indian, UK, or US Corporate Tax would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute UAE Corporate Tax compliance and advisory assignments.
- Prepare and review UAE Corporate Tax returns, tax computations,



and tax accounting documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax compliance deliverables.
- Apply technical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax regulations, BEPS principles, and international tax laws in client engagements.
- Review tax returns, tax compliance documents, tax provisioning, and technical opinions prepared by Associates and provide guidance for their professional development.
- Handle client correspondence effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing technical updates and tax-related advisory support.
- Prepare high-quality pitch documents and presentations using digital tools.
- Assist Managers and Associate Directors in preparing billing proposals and managing client engagements.
- Support business requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple projects.
