Role Description
The Career Counselor will work full time on-site in Mangalore, supporting learners and professionals in exploring, planning, and advancing their career paths. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assessing interests and strengths,



and helping members identify suitable academic and career options. The role involves creating and delivering workshops and resources on career development topics, such as resumes, interviews, networking, and skill-building strategies. The Career Counselor will collaborate closely with educators, mentors, and platform stakeholders to design relevant guidance programs and integrate career support into HUBCV’s digital ecosystem. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing support to ensure participants make informed, sustainable career decisions.
