- Role Description
- We're looking for Tier2, Tier 3 writers who can find the hook in the first 3 seconds, make people laugh, understand why brands exist, and turn product features into stories people actually want to watch.

What you'll be doing:
- Writing digital brand ads and reels.




- Cracking fresh hooks that stop the scroll.
- Finding funny, relatable insights from everyday life.
- Turning strategy into scripts that people remember.
- Working with founders, creatives and filmmakers to bring ideas alive.

You'd be a great fit if:
- You naturally think in scenes, dialogues and punchlines.
- You've spent way too much time analysing why some ads go viral.
- You can make finance, healthcare or grocery brands feel entertaining.
- You're well verse with the popculture.

Bonus Points if:
- You've written for Instagram, YouTube or performance ads.
- You understand meme culture without copying it.
- You have a portfolio of scripts, ads or sketches.
