Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Educational Counseling and handling the center activities

Skills and Specifications
-Having Good Communication in English
-Should have experience in counseling students and parents who walk into the center.
-Identifying prospective leads, generating business from the existing student, thereby achieving business targets.
-Ensuring 100% deliverables are delivered to the student after the enrollment.
-Capturing information in a timely and accurate fashion.




-Managing the entire Student Relations Team.
-Oversee Daily center operations and activities through assigned staff, prioritize and delegate work activities.
-Ensure effective operations and unite team (SR Team) under a common goal to make the centers profitable
-Responsible for training team members, setting the strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals.
-Understanding the necessities of the education center and equipping the team accordingly

Should be self-motivated, self-starter who is able to build and lead/work in a team and manage/integrate with others in different functions and in a multicultural and diverse business environment. The candidate should be open to occasional travel for training purposes.
