Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a target-oriented approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:




- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including references, digital platforms, walk-ins, and outbound calling.
- Conduct presentations and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits to clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Organize and conduct property/site visits for prospective buyers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Update CRM with accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, booking, and customer support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
