Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will identify prospective business customers, present products or services, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Good relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, industrial sales, or channel sales.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
