About the Role
We are looking for an Engagement Manager who owns enterprise relationships and grows them. This is a consultative, revenue-facing role: you will be the strategic partner your clients rely on to turn content, SEO, and GEO into measurable business outcomes, and you will expand accounts by being genuinely good at the work, not just managing it.
You understand SEO and GEO well enough to hold a credible strategic conversation with marketing leaders, connect organic performance to business goals, and spot where Pepper can do more for the client. You have a track record of growing accounts consultatively, earning expansion through trust, insight, and results rather than transactional upselling.
This is an IC role and will not involve managing a team

What You Will Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion
- Act as a strategic, consultative partner to clients, using SEO and GEO insight to shape their growth roadmap and surface new opportunities
- Expand accounts by identifying whitespace, building the case for it, and converting it into committed, recurring revenue
- Create an exceptional onboarding experience and a strong, lasting post-sales relationship
- Translate performance data into explicit, business-level insights and recommendations, and present them confidently to senior client stakeholders
