Business Development Manager (IT Services & AI Products)

Experience
- 4–8+ years in IT Services / Software Product Sales
- Proven experience selling to international clients, preferably the US market

Working Hours

The majority of our customers are based in the US. Candidates should be comfortable working during the US overlap, typically starting from
2:00 PM IST
and extending into the late evening based on client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Generate your own leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Conduct discovery calls, gather requirements, qualify opportunities, coordinate with technical teams, prepare proposals/SOWs, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM.
- Build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
